SO, YOU WANT TO WORK FOR ELLIOTT ENTERTAINMENT PRODUCTIONS?
HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW!
Every year between November and April, Elliott Entertainment Productions, LLC hits the road in search of the most talented people for work in theme parks, resorts, cruise ships, and on tour. If you are a musician, singer, dancer, variety performer, sound technician, or actor, check back frequently for audition and casting information. All performers MUST BE at least 18 years of age to work for Elliott Entertainment Productions, LLC.
Singers:
Singers should prepare two songs for audition. One song should be of a pop genre and the other should be country. Singers are also encouraged to prepare for dance assessment to determine the performers movement abilities. You MUST provide your own accompaniment on disc.
Dancers:
Dancers should prepare one piece between three to five minutes in length. The piece should be energetic, artistic, and technically sound. Dancers will also be taught a short combination in groups for adjudication of learning ability and how well they work in a group. Dancers are also encouraged to sing a short segment of a pop, country, or Broadway tune. You MUST provide your own accompaniment on disc.
Musicians:
All instrumentalists should prepare a solo piece in a contemporary genre no more than five minutes in length and be prepared to sight read. If accompaniment is required, you MUST provide it on disc.
Marching Percussionists:
Percussionists should prepare a snare or multi-tom solo piece no more than five minute in length. The piece should incorporate a variety of visual effects such as twirls, back stick, toss, false stick, cross hand, juggle, etc. Percussionists should also prepare to demonstrate technical ability through rudiments and drills as well as sight reading ability.
Variety Performers:
All variety performers such as magicians, jugglers, stilt walkers, puppeteers, etc. should prepare a five minute presentation to music demonstrating a wide range of skill and prop usage. ALL variety performers are required to present this routine either by live or video audition. NO PROMO VIDEOS WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Sport Performers:
Divers, Roller Bladers, Gymnasts, Free Runners, Bikers, and Skateboarders should provide a five minute video presentation which showcases a variety of abilities in the specified area of expertise. These performers should be available to show up at an audition for interview and limited live demonstration when possible.
Circus Performers:
Circus performers, due to the nature of some acts, should provide a video audition of a five minute routine which demonstrates technical ability and is choreographed to music. Circus performers should also plan to attend live auditions and be prepared to demonstrate their talent when possible. This category consists of clowns, aerial artists, and specialty acts such as Russian Bars, Russian Swings, Contortion, Acrobatic Dance, and hand to hand.
Actors:
Actors should present two pieces of contrasting style no more than three minutes in length. Actors should also be prepared to demonstrate dialect, singing abilities, movement abilities, and ad lib abilities based on direction by staff.
VIDEO AUDITIONS:
Video auditions are permitted by approval only by contacting Elliott Entertainment Productions, LLC. If you are granted the approval, you video MUST include the following:
1. An introduction of yourself and what you will be demonstrating.
2. Prior to beginning the performance, you must announce any titles, etc.
3. IT MUST BE FILMED LIVE!!! NO PROMO VIDEOS WILL BE ACCEPTED!!
4. The video MUST be labeled with Name, Address, phone number, and email.
5. VIDEOS WILL NOT BE RETURNED.

All candidates MUST provide:
1. One 8 X 10 Headshot.
2. One 8 X 10 Full Pose Photo.
3. Biography
4. Resume
5. One letter of recommendation
6. Clothing Sizes.
7. Proof of Legal status to work in the United States.
